How do I prepare for the altitude in Cusco?

We recommend arriving at least one day in advance to acclimatize. Drink plenty of water, avoid heavy meals, and drink coca tea. Our itinerary is designed for gradual acclimatization, starting in the Sacred Valley (2,800 m / 9,186 ft) before going up to Cusco (3,400 m / 11,155 ft).

What type of accommodation does the tour include?

We work exclusively with luxury hotels and top-level boutiques. In Lima: hotels near the airport or in Miraflores. In the Sacred Valley: luxury haciendas and lodges. In Aguas Calientes: the best hotel with mountain views. In Cusco: boutique hotels in the historic center.

Can I customize the itinerary?

Of course! This tour is 100% customizable. You can add more days, modify activities, choose specific hotels, or include additional experiences such as drone photography, cooking classes, or visits to local communities.

What happens if it rains during the tour?

The tour operates under any weather conditions. In case of rain, we provide rain ponchos and adapt activities as needed. Machu Picchu is especially mystical in the rain, with clouds surrounding the mountains.

Yes, but it requires advance reservation (minimum 3-4 months in advance) because spaces are limited. It has an additional cost. Consult us at the time of booking to check availability.

Cancellations more than 60 days in advance: 90% refund. Between 30-60 days: 70% refund. Between 15-30 days: 50% refund. Less than 15 days: no refund. We recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellations.
